Requirements of the Nature person (personal) A certified Good Conduct Certificate issued by the investor’s country of residence
A Good Conduct Certificate issued by the state of Qatar for Residents.
A passport copy, or a Qatari identification card for residents in the State of Qatar.
Curriculum Vitae (CV) (optional).
Changing shares of the current partners in the company: Legal person (companies): A certified copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association, commercial registration, and trade license for companies operating outside the State of Qatar.
Natural person (individuals): A passport copy, or a Qatari identification card for residents in the State of Qatar.

Submitting the request electronically or through the Invest In Qatar center at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Lusail City.
The invest in Qatar Center reviews and evaluates the application.
The request is submitted with the decision reference to the administration.
If approved the Commercial Register will be issued.
