Attach the required documents as shown below. (obligatory/optional)

Requirements of the legal person (companies)

A certified copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association, commercial registration, and trade license for companies operating outside the State of Qatar.

Fill in the form, the business plan template.

3

All documents submitted in Arabic.

4

Power of attorney.

5

Shareholders/ board Resolution, and It must be certified, for companies operating outside the State of Qatar.

Requirements of the Nature person (persons):

1

A certified Good Conduct Certificate issued by the investor’s country of residence.

2

A Good Conduct Certificate issued by the state of Qatar for Residents.

3

A passport copy, or a Qatari identification card for residents in the State of Qatar.

4

Curriculum Vitae (CV) (optional).

Steps to finalize the transaction

Submitting the request electronically or through the Invest In Qatar center at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Lusail City.

The invest in Qatar Center reviews and evaluates the application.

4

The request is submitted with the decision reference to the administration.

5

If approved the Commercial Register will be issued.
